Refund policy

YES, YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, all online  purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices on purchases made in store.
 
Any return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and any product being returned for change of mind (whether an in-store or online purchase) must be:
 
+ In its original condition
+ Unworn, unmarked, and unwashed
+ In the original packaging or box
+ Not defective as a result of misuse
+Tags still attached
 
With shoes, we recommend and encourage customers to try products on the carpet, for no longer than a few minutes, too ensure that dirt is not collected on the sole or creasing of the fabric does not occur.
 
We will inspect all items upon receipt. Any items which fail to comply with the above conditions will be rejected and sent back to you.
 
We recommend shipping returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

There are strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items, items purchased with a promotional code, or underwear.

REFUNDS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law,  studio for men is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size, or change your mind.
